Iraq Stock Exchange Records Trading Value of More Than IQD 2 Billion

Data from the Iraq Securities Commission showed that the Iraq Stock Exchange (ISX60) Index closed the September 14 trading session at 971.16 points.
Approximately 25.386 billion shares were traded during the session, with the total trading value reaching IQD 2.323 billion. A total of 45 companies participated in the session out of 103 companies listed on the market.
The data showed that share prices increased for 13 companies, declined for 19 companies, while 13 companies remained unchanged from their previous levels.
The trading figures reflect continued market activity, with varying stock performance across different sectors, banks, and investment companies. The level of financial disclosure and companies’ quarterly results remain among the key factors influencing investor decisions and liquidity movements within the market.
